The entire SuperMe creation process is straightforward. Just follow these simple steps to have your very own SuperMe Collectable. Step 1: Option 1) Chose your SuperMe body style, color, and size. Add your choice or choices to the cart and check out. You will be instructed on how to send in photos. Option 2) Visit a SuperMe location to get scanned. Chose your SuperMe body style, color, and size. Step 2: Regularly check your email for updates on your SuperMe progress. Step 3: Once your SuperMe has been completed and is ready, you will be notified. It will be shipped to your specified address or available for in store pickup.

How long does it all take?

Choosing Option 1 takes about 3-4 weeks for your SuperMe to arrive Choosing Option 2 takes about 2-3 weeks for your SuperMe to arrive.

How long is the scanning process with Option 2 and is it safe?

The scanning process is done within a matter of seconds and is very safe.

What is the material of the SuperMe?

The SuperMe Mini is made out of a high grade nylon material.

Will my SuperMe hero break if dropped?

Answer

SuperMe Mini's are not toys. They are collectables and should be handled as such. Most likely the model will not break if dropped due to the product material. However, scratches could occur.

SuperMe's are not toys. They are collectables and should be kept from children under the age of 10.

What if my SuperMe does not look like me?

You will receive a proof of the face of the SuperMe before it is made. This is your chance to make any corrections before the SuperMe is made. Once approved then there is no other recourse.

Are there any guarantees against damage or breakage to my SuperMe?

There is a guarantee on the manufacturing of the product but no guarantees against negligence or misuse of the product.

What happens if I break my SuperMe?

If you break your SuperMe then it can be reordered at a lower cost. Simply contact us.

Can I order a SuperMe from overseas?

Yes. You can order and have your SuperMe shipped overseas. Additional shipping fees will be included. Please contact us for international purchases.
